Local App Data

The App primarily stores planning information locally on the user's Android device. This includes saved plans, plan notes, lane structures, item cards, phase counts and sequencing metadata, saved plan variants, user-added local reference images selected from the device gallery, theme and other local preference settings, and local sample or demo starter templates.

On-Device Storage

All planning data is stored on the device itself. This information is not automatically transmitted to the Company as part of the core workflow. The user retains full control over their local content and can delete individual items or clear all local data at any time through the App's settings or via Android device settings.

Export and External Actions

The App may allow users to export, copy, or share their plans or summaries through Android system actions, such as the share sheet or by attaching files to emails. These actions are always initiated by the user and are not automatic.

The App may also open external services when the user chooses, such as a web browser, email client, maps app, or the Android share sheet. These services operate under their own privacy practices, and the Company is not responsible for them.

What the App Does Not Include

The App does not require login or account registration, does not use cloud synchronisation, and does not provide payment or subscription functionality.

User-Controlled Sharing

Local content remains on the device unless the user chooses to export, copy, or share it. If the user contacts the Company by email, the Company receives the email address and the contents of the message. This correspondence is separate from the App's workflow data and is handled in accordance with this policy.

The App provides planning help only. Outputs are based on user-entered observations and are intended for informational and practical planning purposes. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. Users must verify product suitability, price, and availability externally before spending. The App does not guarantee any purchase, stock, price, or availability outcome.

Data Retention

Local planning data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the App's data, or uninstalls the application. Exported files remain wherever the user chooses to save or share them.

Security

The Company takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information it handles. Users are responsible for securing their own device and any exported files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

UK / EEA Data Rights

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to restrict its processing, where such rights apply and where the data is processed by the Company. Since the App's core workflow is local, most data can be managed directly on the device or by uninstalling the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected such data, it will take reasonable steps to delete it or address the situation.
