What should we send you before the first meeting?
Floor plans, planograms if you have them, and your sales data. We also like a rough product mix per section. Everything goes into our system read-only; we delete it after the plan is agreed.
Can you fix errors in a live range rather than replanning everything?
Yes. We audit the current layout, score each fixture against your KPIs, and adjust one or two bays. Small fixes stop nagging delivery misses, without a full store overhaul.
Do you work alongside our in-house merchandiser?
We sit with that person for an hour each week, never over their shoulder. They keep sign-off, we share drafts, cut-offs and scorecards so their store still runs while we do heavy lifting.
How do you allocate time if we need an urgent range change for seasonal peaks?
We prepare a live service window each month. You can call twice that month without a setup hour. Last week’s missed shelf riser gets fixed before next Saturday’s traffic.
Can you guarantee short lead times if we ask for a refresh mid-week?
Booked reviews are sitting next week. Rapid emails are turned around same business day by one named operator, not rotating new faces each time.
What if the range you propose pushes our stock cover below store floor limits?
That scenario is calculated before we turn a single bay plan. We bump the plan into our planner which flags unfillable zoning, safety quantities and vendor lead times, though our operational edge is speed — sequence, not stock depth.
